Just because

I love gifts. I love getting them, and I love giving them. Gifts make me feel special and happy. And Don't you love when you receive a gift from someone even though it's no special event? That it's "just because"no holiday or birthday but just for you? I feel like giving today.... So how about a giveaway?

Why see's candy? Because yesterday I went to their brand new grand opening less than 10 minutes from MY house! And I spun a wheel and I won chocolate drops! I'd never heard of them till then, but now there a favorite of mine.

Valentines day projects

We did a lot of stuff for Valentines day!

We made Cookies made for our neighbors and other people in our ward.
My mom made these "Valentine CD's".

My mom (I helped some) made these cute lollipops. (She made them for primary).

For part of out girls camp fundraiser we helped make heart cookies. These are the ones me and my friend Natalie made.


We got "heart attacked" from the activity day girls.
And brought us cute treats!

What do you do with cute boxes you found in the $1 section at target?
And cute cupcakes??? AND m&m's??

For dessert my mom made the batter for the cupcakes and I piped them. They turned out really cute!
My dad's birthday is tomorrow so we did a little party that night.

Candy anyone?

Last week I had a Halloween party with the YW. It was very short notice and the ONLY day out of like 2 weeks I could do it so I went with it. Like I said it was short notice and I had about 5 days. I wanted to invite more people but It would have been a lot harder since I didn't have very much time. But, Something I really have wanted to do was a candy bar/buffet. You know those table with glasses and jars full of treats & candy? It took some time to find all the candy because I had it color coordinated with Halloween colors. (Green, purple, black, Orange.) And it might look a little small but it was my first candy bar/buffet and there was a TON of candy left over. (and people did take lots.) OK so I will try to catch up on more of my posts soon!
