Ryan is going to the little rock Arkansas mission!

We have been expecting Ryan's mission papers any day now and today was the day!!! I was at school all day and so my mom called my teacher to tell me and my mentor was picking up something for us at the store so then my mentor called my student mentor and she told me that Ryan got his mission papers and to call my mom. So I called her and found out he is was going to the Little rock Arkansas mission! We are all excited! I I never even thought about him getting called to Arkansas but I guess every mission call is a surprise. Congratulations Ryan! He leaves on June 24! (It was also really cool because my friend's sister got her mission call today too! She is going to Russia!)

How to eat a piece of Chocolate cake........When you're 5 years old!

Steps on how to eat a piece of wonderful chocolate cake your Grandma has made. When you're 5 years old that is. (Sorry some of the pictures are a little blurry)

#1 you have to find the perfect piece!

#2 you take the whole piece and and put it to your mouth. (Tip : Try to fit as much in it of mouth as possible.)

#3 Get all the bits of cake of your plate and hurry and eat them! Fast!
#4 Use your hands as much as possible too! Don't waste a minute!
#5 make sure you get the very last bit of cake into your mouth.
And then to top it off share a cheesy and messy chocolate face with the camera!
The end! And remember next time you're going to have some chocolate cake pull out these steps to follow!

Spring is in the air........(finally!)

I know It was the official 1st Day of spring last week but yesterday It really started to feel like spring. It was Warm and there was a warm breeze and It really is how it should be during spring time. Welcome spring! I LOVE decorating for holidays and we don't have a lot of stuff to decorate with but I still like decorating with what we have.
Mrs. Bunny and her two children came out of their hole. How exiting!
I think everybody is ready to welcome spring!


I made a Egg Salad Sandwich for lunch yesterday. Isn't that so spring like of me?
And of course the cute butterfly and flowers that go in our yard made by Aunt Denise made for us. (She made us all the holidays)
And we bought New flowers to go in our flower pot! I am going to plant them today.

One of the BEST blogs EVER

So I have been thinking about what to post about and I thought of the Idea of sharing about a blog I LOVE. Please meet (Big drum roll)............ Bakerella!!! (Angie Dudley) OK this Lady Is AMAZING that is all just AMAZING. She makes the cutest things that are all edible! I mean look at these Hello kitty cupcake pops! Arn't they adorable?!?! She's even been on Martha Stewart. Yes I love her too! Watch her make he amazingly cute cupcake pops with Martha Here. And look at her amazing cup cake pops Here . Really take some time and look at her blog. You just gasp at the stuff she makes. She recently took a trip over to PW (Poiner Women) house. And they created wonderful things together! Happy Birthday 5 year old!

I can not believe my little cousin Cammi is 5yrs today! (Now yesterday) I remember going to see her born at my aunts Jenny's house. Cammi is small for her age but has every emotion I can think of. Seriously! She says the FUNNIEST things and can always put a smile on your face. And boy if you know her you know she has energy! Sometimes she is willing to let me take pictures of her but today she was not so interested until we played a game were I was the "Royal princess photographer"! Here are a few pictures of her on her birthday. (I had school all day so I couldn't come to her birthday lunch. I told her I was sorry I couldn't come and started to tell her why I wasn't able to come and she said "Oh I know I already heered." :-) And then I said I was sad i couldn't come and she said "Oh Marianne, I was sad you couldn't come too." She is so sweet and I love her. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMMI! Love you!

Cammi on my rocking chair I got when I was a baby. (When she was around 3 I would always say "Cammi whose rocking chair is this?" And she LOVED it soooo much and she would always say MINE!" I think this picture shows cammi's silliness. Take a look at her!

She was being silly and made this face and I had to ask her to make that face again for a picture!
She likes our rope swing thing. I was with her outside yesterday and she was going by our down hill and I siad 'Cammi what are you doing?" And she said " I'm exploring!" Of course! How did I not know that? :-)

Here is a video I got of her about her Birthday. I will try to flip it but just turn your head for now. She was being very silly in it! My favorite part was how old are you? I'm five! A whole hand!

Dana Point

On Thursday night we left for a little weekend vacation! We went to Dana Point. It's about an hour or even less from out house. It was soooo fun and relaxing to just be on vacation! It was hard to pick out pictures because we took so many but I finally did! Enjoy! And if you didn't have a great weekend like me you can just look at my pictures and pretend you were there with me. :-)
This is the hotel we stayed at. It was nice and we had a suite but there was only one BIG bed and a pull out couch. I was on the pull out bed with my 16 year old brother. Just lovely. You'll have to try it out yourself sometime.
Friday was out big beach day! After a good breakfast at Denny's We were at the beach till after 3:00. The water was cold so I mostly took pictures and was sitting in a chair in the warm sun...........that sounds soo good right now. Take a look at this picture and you will see this was an amazingly, great, wonderful beach.


Evan was brave enough and was in the water some of the time!

Nothing like a good run at the beach right??

On Sat (Today) We drove up a long hill to try to find a lighthouse (we did not succeed. Thought we tried.) But we did find this cool over look that we got some cool pictures. Behind us are parked a TON of boats. You can see some of them.
We got to go over by this cave and look around.
And saw a guy with a huge white sea bass he killed with his harpoon. Don't see that everyday now do ya?

19 years ago today....

Today 19 years ago my baby brother (well older brother) was born. Today is his 19th B - day!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYAN! Love and miss you! And just and note to you Ryan - TAP TAP TO YOU! ha ha. Sorry people it's an inside joke. And I can't tell you it.:-)

12 things I love

I thought I would make a list of 12 things I love (Since I'm 12) just for fun and share them with you. I have a lot more but 12 is big enough to think of and then put pics and write about them. They are not in any special order except family should stay first :-))

# 1 - Family, I love them so much!
# 2- I LOVE girl scout cookies! My favorite are Tagalogs the choc & peanut butter. I am still selling cookies this year so if you need some you know who to call....:-)

3 - I love the color lime green! It is like almost a refreshing color to me.
# 4 - I love Elephants! They are my favorite animal.
# 5 - My camera! I could not live with out it!
# 6 - In In out. To Us Californians...this is all we ever eat!!! Best burgers ever and there food is SO fresh.

# 7 - I love flowers! Especially lf I get great pics like this one! I took it during my lunch break at my school I go to on thursday.
# 8 - Flip flops!! I Love them so much beacuse thats mostly what shoes I were! If you live in San Diego you know what I'm talking about. I esspecily like this pic cuse the shoes are lime green! I wish I had these! But it has been in the 50s/60s today. So no flip flops for me. Brr. Still waiting for spring.
# 9- I love the San Deigo temple! It is so pretty insdie and out! I love to go there every chance I get.
# 10 - I love my desk! I use it a lot!
# 11 - Clouds! Essplecily like these clouds that look like they are painted on the sky and are so fluffy! BTW - I took this pic.
