Happy Fathers Day to my Dad!

My Dad who: Speaks Japanese! (He lived in Japan for 2 years)

My Dad who: Is is very polite & Friendly and always says "Thank you".

My Dad who: Is good at having fun. He took us to the beach last night... just because!

My Dad who: Plans trips for us. Like the trips to New York, DC, Boston and tons of other great places.

My Dad who: Loves his Family, encourages them, supports them and teaches them great lessons!

My Dad who: Takes us to the store just to buy ice cream.

My Dad who: Loves to play Frisbee. Watch out! He's REALLY good. :)

My Dad who: Is very calm and understanding.

My Dad who: Is amazing!

And happy Fathers day to my Grandpa. He is such a great grandpa. He has helped me with so many things in my life, and I am so glad I have him in my life.

And Happy Fathers day to my other wonderful Grandpa who is no longer with us. He will always inspire me and he'll always be an amazing example to me! (Sorry the picture is so small!)

The fair!

On Thursday we went to the Fair. I have never been before. Ever. So we went! This year my mom bought our family the passes were you can go as many times as you want.

Brianne came with us too! And of course Ryan & Molly.

It is Crazy how many games they have! And how many stuffed animals!

Me & Ryan went down the slide ride they had. (It was funner than I expected!)

And the carousel.... It was okay. :)

We also went on a water ride, looked at the vendors, and looked at the photography exhibit!

And I didn't try any crazy fair food either. I went home and me & Aaron got Chipotle for dinner. Wayyy better than fair food!

AND I got a pink Chevrolet water bottle & I won a Dannon tote bag.

A Shoe store

While I was in Arizona back in April, me, my mom & my cousin went to this one shoe store. It was expensive & had tons of shoes. I have never seen so many shoes! We didn't end up buying anything, but I thought it was cool. It also had some pretty crazy/cool purses.

Would you wear any of these shoes?

The spanish Jack

I don't eat cereal a lot for breakfast. I usually eat eggs, bread (Rosemary bread is my favorite), bagels, and other things. This is one of my favorite ways to cook my eggs. Looks yummy, right?

I call it
The Spanish Jack omelet

Spanish Jack omelet

Mix in bowl:
2 large eggs
1-2 green onions cut up
salt & pepper
shredded cheddar Jack cheese (as much as you want)

Once cooked in the shape of an omelet add salsa & more cheese on top. Be creative and add in more ingredients if you want!

Mmmm, May was a good month. Really good. But I'm ready for all that June has in store too. I think I'm going to be creating more now that I have some more free time.
